Re-Inspections

Once the agreed repairs are complete, this inspection verifies the work has been completed as agreed. This can be a tool for both buyers and sellers to document the repairs have been satisfactorily made. This is based on our home inspection and may be required by the lender. There may also be appraisal required repairs that need to be verified as complete.
