Troy Bloxom
The founder of our company, Troy Bloxom, has an extensive construction background. With over 40 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction arenas. He has knowledge of conventional framing, pre-cast concrete, log homes, SIPS (structural insulated foam panels) and steel construction. He currently performs inspections on homes and commercial buildings, for buyers, sellers, lenders, and governmental agencies.
Troy maintains affiliations with the following:
- American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) where he is certified as an ACI inspector (ASHI Certified Inspector). Troy also served on the local board for many years.

Creta Bloxom helped Troy establish Home Inspections Plus+ LLC. Creta’s background includes over 40 years in the local real estate industry; working in escrow, mortgage, construction lending and as a Realtor®.
