Purchase Inspections

The buyer should always consider a home inspection before they purchase a home. Even a newly constructed home should be inspected by a third party inspector. Many times when a home is built the same inspector does all of the phase inspections. This is where another set of trained eyes is valuable. Not all inspectors are licensed to inspect a new home that has never been occupied, so make sure you find out when you make your appointment if your home inspector is qualified.

If you are buying the home “AS IS”, such as an estate sale, repossession or a bank owned property, you most certainly should get a home inspection to make sure you are aware of the defects and how serious they may or may not be. It is important that you are informed on your investment. Having a home inspection prior to your purchase and the choice of your home inspector; is your right. An incomplete inspection could be an expensive mistake.

Every home inspection includes a home maintenance manual, recall check on appliances, 1 year membership to Homeowners Network and a 90 Day Limited Warranty. If you are not completely happy at the end of the inspection on site, we offer a 200% guaranty, ask us about it when you book the inspection.

Thank you again for the thorough and educational inspection. I do appreciate you taking the time to answer and clarify any concerns. Based off of your findings and our own observations we have decided to withdrawal our offer on the begich rd home. However we have put another offer in on another home and will be in contact with you for future assistance. Thank you again
