Average Home Inspection Prices
- Up to 3,000 sq feet starts at $475.00 for Single Family Homes.
- Apartment Style Condos are less
- Larger and homes over 30 years of age have additional fees.
- For a quote on a Duplex or Multi-Family Unit, please call the office.
Re-inspections for our clients start at $150.00.
Every home inspection includes a home maintenance manual, recall check on appliances, 90 Day Limited Warranty, 90 Day Sewer Guard, 5 Year Roof Leak Protection Plan, and 90 Day Mold Safe Plan . If you are not completely satisfied with our service at the end of the inspection on site, we offer a 200% guarantee. Ask us about it when you book the inspection.
As a thank you to our servicemen and servicewomen, we offer an Active Military Discount of $50 for their Home Inspection. This discount does not apply to re-inspections.
