The inspection fees vary slightly depending on the size and age of the house or if extensive travel is required. Please call 907-694-7587 (PLUS) for additional information.
A complete inspection of a typical 2400 square foot house is $375.00
A complete inspection of a Condominium is $300.00
A complete inspection for a townhouse or site condominium is $350.00
A complete inspection of a Duplex is $500.00
Tri-Plex inspections start at $650.00
Four-Plex inspections start at $825.00
Multi-Family dwellings are on a case by case basis.
A $50.00 active Military Discount, is offered to our servicemen and women.
The Re-inspection fee starts at $100.00
New construction / progress inspection packages start at $1000.00
