The founder of our company, Troy Bloxom, has an extensive construction background. With over 35 years of experience in the residential and commerical construction arenas. He has knowledge of conventional frame, log homes, SIPS and steel construction.
Troy is associated with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) as well as the National Association of Home Inspectors. Our inspection reports conform to or exceed the ASHI and NAHI Standards of Practice. Troy holds the certification of CRI (Certified Residential Inspector) with NAHI which requires additional education and testing. Troy was named Associate of the Year by the Anchorage Home Builders Association for 2007. He performs new construction inspections for FHA, VA to ICC standards in addition to pre-sale and purchase inspections. Troy is registered as a home inspector in Alaska, AK#18 he also is registered with a Residential Endorsement #1254 in the State of Alaska.
Creta Bloxom partners with Troy to bring the highest standards of service and quality to the customers of Home Inspections Plus LLC. Both Troy and Creta are active volunteers for the Anchorage Home Builders Association and Mat-Su Home Builders Associations. Troy is the Treasurer of the local chapter of ASHI.
