Who we are
The founder of our company, Troy Bloxom, has an extensive construction background. With over 35 years of experience in the residential and commerical construction arenas. He has knowledge of conventional frame, log homes, SIPS and steel construction. Troy is associated with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) as well as the National Association of Home Inspectors. Our inspection reports conform to or exceed the ASHI and NAHI Standards of Practice. Troy holds the certification of CRI (Certified Residential Inspector) with NAHI which requires additional education and testing. Troy was named Associate of the Year by the Anchorage Home Builders Association for 2007. He performs new construction inspections for FHA, VA to ICC standards in addition to pre-sale and purchase inspections.
